I just discovered the book, “Parachutes and Ribbons and Scarves, Oh My!” at the end of the year and had a blast during the last week of school, when the other teachers are cleaning and having parties with their kids.
We talked about form, listened to great music and did a really fun activities using our parachute. I did it with 1st grade through 6th grade. It was a HUGE hit. Every class was able to do it and had so much fun.
This book is FULL of many activities that include instruments, scarves, ribbon wands, balls and lots of great music and form activities. It even has a DVD to show you how to do the activities! I LOVE IT!
